Teewars Little Cute Buggers with Guns is a fun fast paced side scrolling shooter. Teewars is small, fast and free. The binary including both the client and server is a whopping 3.5Meg. The game has three modes of play: death match, capture the flag, and team death match. I haven't had an opportunity to play capture the flag but it looks like a great time.

Now I don't want to sound preachy but the other great thing this title brings to the table is that it is 100% open source. I enjoy contributing to open source projects either through code or resources. That's why I have begun hosting a Teewars DM server. I will monitor the bandwidth the game consumes over the next few days. If it fits into my bandwidth quotas I will continue to keep the server online 24/7.

If there are any other games that are open source that people would like hosted please let me know. I feel that I will continue to have excess bandwidth and like I mentioned before I enjoy supporting open source.
